CBI Under Lokpal
Activists want CBI to function independently under Lokpal. The Govt. believes a separate investigative agency should be created for Lokpal.

Deciding the Quantum Activists want demands of the 11-member Lokpal to be charged to the Consolidated Fund of India. The Govt. wants the law and finance ministries to have the final say in deciding the quantum.
